We try to choose the closest substitute of the similar value, when specified item is not available. We reserve the right to change a specific flowers, flower colour, basket, vase, soft toy, wrapping paper, fruits, cake, and wine in the event of market unavailability to ensure your order arrives on time.
Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will make certain that the style or the appearance of the arrangement as shown in catalogue will be maintained.

All prices quoted in our website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Prices of some products shown in our website will be vary for certain occasions such as when Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Prices for these items will be announced before the celebrations.
